Description
At the heart of the machine is a high-efficiency screw air-end, driven by an IP55-protected motor (insulation class F). An electronic controller with display constantly monitors pressure, temperature and running hours, and protects the machine if anything goes wrong.
- Air-cooled, with an oil content in the compressed air of 3 ppm maximum at the compressor outlet.
- Standard wear parts (filters, oil, separator): maintenance stays simple and affordable.
- Every machine is checked and tested before shipping.
On the V Series, the permanent-magnet motor is driven by a frequency inverter: speed adapts to air demand, pressure stays stable and the machine avoids idling when demand drops.

Frequently asked questions
Can a screw compressor run all day?
Yes. Compression by two rotating screws is continuous: a screw compressor is designed for continuous operation, unlike a piston compressor, which needs rest periods.
Are your screw compressors supplied with an air receiver?
The 7.5 kW 4-in-1 model includes a 420 L air receiver, a refrigerated dryer and filtration. The 5.5, 11, 15 and 22 kW models are supplied without air receiver or dryer, to be connected to your network. We can offer the complete configuration on quote.
When is the first service due?
The first service comes early, to remove running-in residues: 500 hours on the 7.5 kW 4-in-1 screw compressor. The service intervals for each model are given in its French-language manual.
Are the manual and the interface in French?
Yes. The manuals, the machine interface and all the documentation for AIRSTAHL compressors are in French.
What is the warranty?
AIRSTAHL compressors come with a 2-year warranty. Spare parts remain available for 15 years, with stock in France.
