Returns policy

This page explains how to return a compressor, equipment or a part ordered on the AIRSTAHL website, and how you are refunded.

Consumers: 14 days to change your mind

If you buy as a private individual, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.

To do so, let us know before the end of that period by e-mail to contact@airstahl.com, quoting your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form below.

Then send the product back within 14 days of your request, complete, in its original packaging if possible, with its accessories and documentation. Return costs are paid by you. For a compressor delivered on a pallet, contact us before shipping and we will tell you how to proceed.

Refunds

We refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. The refund is made using the same payment method as the order.

We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that it has been sent, before refunding.

If the product has been used, installed or commissioned beyond what is needed to check its nature and operation, its loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

Business customers

Purchases made by a business for its activity do not carry a right of withdrawal. A return is still possible for a new, unused product in its original packaging, with our written agreement, within 14 days of delivery. Return costs are then paid by you.

Product damaged on delivery

On receipt, check the parcel or pallet in front of the carrier. If there is any damage, write precise reservations on the delivery note, then let us know within 3 days with photos. We arrange repair or replacement at our cost.

Faulty product

A product that does not work or does not match your order is covered by the 2-year AIRSTAHL commercial warranty and by the statutory warranties. Contact our after-sales service: we diagnose the fault, then repair, replace or refund the product. Return costs are then paid by us.

Return address

Returns are accepted only after agreement, at the address we give you. Our warehouse: Espace Distrib, Rue de Noailles, 60730 Cauvigny, France.

Withdrawal form

To AIRSTAHL (Maestro Équipement), contact@airstahl.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods. Product: … Ordered on … / received on … Order number: … Name: … Address: … Date and signature (if sent on paper).
