Service kits

Filters, oil and wear parts grouped by model: everything you need for a service, under a single part number.

What is a service kit for?

A screw compressor wears mainly through its filters and its oil. The service kit groups under a single part number the parts to change during a service, for a specific model: you order the right set, without looking for each part separately or risking a sizing error.

When is the service due?

On AIRSTAHL screw compressors, the first service is due at 500 operating hours, then every 1,500 hours. The machine's controller displays a reminder as the due date approaches. In a hot or dusty workshop, check the air filter more often.

What does the service include?

  • replacing the lubricating oil and the oil filter;
  • replacing the intake air filter;
  • checking the air/oil separator, then replacing it when due;
  • checking the drains, leaks and operating temperature.

The exact contents of the kit depend on the model and the number of hours: they are confirmed in the quote. Give the serial number of your compressor in your request and we will confirm the right part number.

Why keep to the service intervals?

A clogged filter makes the screw element run hot and pushes up electricity consumption. Worn oil protects the bearings less well. A service done on time costs little compared with a workshop at a standstill, and it keeps the warranty conditions valid.
