Pressure gauges and accessories
Pressure gauges, fine filters, drains and accessories to monitor and maintain your air network.
Monitor and protect the air network
Pressure gauges, fine filters and drains do not produce air, but they determine its quality at the tool outlet. A well-equipped network limits the water, oil and dust that damage air tools and spoil paint finishes.
The role of each accessory
- Pressure gauge: it shows the pressure at one point in the network. Fitted at the receiver outlet and near the workstations, it lets you spot a pressure drop caused by a leak, a dirty filter or an undersized hose.
- Fine filter: it traps particles and oil droplets before the tools. A pre-filter is usually installed, followed by a finer filter depending on the use (painting, blowing, tools).
- Automatic drain: it removes condensate water from the receiver, the dryer or the filters with no manual intervention. Without regular draining, the water ends up in the network.
How to choose?
The choice depends on the compressor's air flow, the working pressure and the air quality required. For a spray booth, filtration must be finer than for a mechanical workshop. Describe your installation in your quote request: we will propose the accessories suited to your AIRSTAHL compressor.
Air losses are expensive
A poorly monitored installation often loses a large share of the air produced through leaks. A well-placed pressure gauge and drains that work are the first tools for spotting these losses. Our leak cost calculator shows what they represent over a year.
