Checked before it reaches you

Every AIRSTAHL compressor goes through a series of checks during manufacturing. A machine that has been tested at the factory is a machine that starts on your site and lasts.

During assembly

The screw element, the motor and the drive alignment are checked at every stage of assembly.

Leak testing

Air and oil circuits are tested under pressure: no leak may leave the factory.

Load test

The machine runs under real operating conditions. Working pressure, flow rate and temperature are checked.

Electrical and safety

Wiring, controller, emergency stop and pressure and temperature safety devices are checked.

Final inspection

Finish, rating plate, manual and documents are checked before packing and shipping.

Standards and documentation

Machines comply with the Machinery Directive (CE marking), flow rates are measured to ISO 1217. Data sheets and declarations of conformity available on request.

In the UK, installation, servicing and repairs are handled by our technicians and AIRSTAHL dealers. We supply them with spare parts from our stock in England and with the technical documentation for every machine.

How a service request works

You send your request online, by e-mail or on WhatsApp, with the serial number, the hour reading and photos.
We make a first diagnosis remotely: many faults are solved by an adjustment, cleaning or a wear part.
If a part is needed, we ship it from our stock in England; if an intervention is needed, our technicians in the UK arrange it with you.
We follow your case until the machine is back in service.

Before calling: quick checks

The machine won't start

Check the power supply, the emergency stop and the messages on the controller. On a piston compressor, check that the tank is not already at full pressure.

The temperature rises or the machine stops

Check the oil level, the cleanliness of the cooler and the ventilation of the room.

Pressure is no longer reached

Listen to the network when stopped to find a leak, and check the air filter.

Water in the air or in the tools

Drain the tank and filters, and check the dryer and the automatic drain.
