Service kit for screw compressor 11 kW

Description

Service kit for AIRSTAHL screw compressors 11 kW, stand-alone or 4-in-1 version. It contains the three filters to replace during a service: the air filter, which stops the dust drawn in by the compressor; the oil filter, which keeps the lubricating oil clean; and the air/oil separator, which removes the oil from the compressed air before it leaves the machine. Oil is not included.

When to use it?

The first service is due at 500 operating hours, then every 1,500 hours. The compressor controller displays a reminder as the due date approaches. In a hot or dusty workshop, check the air filter more often.

You order in one go the parts specified for your model, with no risk of getting a size wrong. Keeping to the service intervals limits electricity consumption, protects the screw element and keeps the warranty conditions valid. Give the serial number of your machine in your request: we confirm the part number.

Doing the service yourself?

An experienced technician can replace the filters and the oil by following the user manual, with the machine stopped, locked out and depressurised. On the 4-in-1 version, use the service to check the built-in drain and filter cartridge. Record each service and the number of hours: this record is useful for the warranty.
