Screw compressor hire in Manchester

Across Greater Manchester, short-term air needs come up all the time. A food plant in Trafford Park needs extra capacity before the Christmas peak. A packaging firm in Openshaw is waiting for its new compressor and must keep its machines running until then. A contractor on a city centre tower needs compressed air for a few weeks of fit-out. Hiring a screw compressor lets each of them meet the need without buying equipment for a limited period.

What hire includes

Our compressor hire offer covers screw compressors from 5.5 to 132 kW. Each hire comes with:

• a compressor sized from the air you really use;
• installation and commissioning by our technicians and dealers in the UK;
• maintenance included throughout the hire;
• no minimum term: the machine goes back when you decide.

Hire starts from £15 excl. VAT per kW per week. For the availability date in Manchester, just ask: you receive a written quote.

Short or long-term hire

Some weeks of hire are enough to cover a seasonal peak or a planned shutdown: a compressor from the S series supplies your network while your own machine is out of service. When the need lasts longer, for example while a new line is commissioned or a purchase is approved, hire can run for several months. For site work, the mobile compressors of the M series go where the work is. For lighter, intermittent needs, we also offer piston compressor hire in Manchester.
